             Cancer is a genetic disease activated by excessive of DNA mutations and epigenetic alterations that leads to uncontrolled cell proliferation and neoplasm formation. Mutation occurs continuously in the body, still it can able to correct most of the mutations. So, it will not be possible to cause cancer with one mutation. Generally, it takes numerous mutations in a lifetime of a body to cause cancer. That’s the reason elder people have cancer, as they have had multiple chances for mutation.
